Starting with Xcode 16, the location of cached provisioning profiles has moved from "~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles" to "~/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/Provisioning Profiles" Fixes xamarin/xamarin-macios#20771
